Why this publication exists
Founded by Kevin G., BipartisanOnly connects timely explanations to permanent proposals, evidence, public decisions and the people needed to test them. We begin with California and relevant federal policy. Bipartisan participation is welcome; agreement alone does not establish that an idea works.
Our editorial standards
We separate reporting, analysis, proposals and illustrative scenarios. We favor primary sources, identify the correct legislative session and text version, and describe what a source does—and does not—establish. Costs, distributional effects, alternatives and the evidence that would change our conclusion belong in the same record.
Concept, evidence review and implementation stages are distinct. No success scores, endorsements, operating partnerships or funding commitments are inferred from an idea’s presence here.
AI assistance and human responsibility
The founding concept briefs were prepared with AI assistance from Kevin’s blueprint. The founding edition is published with the editor’s approval. AI-generated prose and substantive changes enter a review queue. A human approval is bound to the exact draft version and source state.
The current source checker compares a narrow official watchlist and flags changed text for review. It does not infer legislative relevance or publish a news story. Scheduled checks and AI research services are not connected. A failed source retrieval preserves the previous record and displays its limitations.
Ownership and independence
Kevin G. is the founder and responsible editor. Organizations in the directory are included for their public remit or evidence resources. Inclusion does not signify support, contact or participation. Unrelated personal conversation history has not been imported.
Sponsors do not set the conclusions
The first edition contains a reserved sponsorship placement. Google AdSense code is installed; ad display depends on Google approval and account settings. No direct sponsorship relationship has been established. Future ads must be clearly labeled, preserve reading access and give sponsors no control over coverage or conclusions. Paid relationships relevant to an article must be disclosed.
How the publication is funded
A $60 monthly operating target is a planning assumption, not a confirmed hosting price. Hosting, research, scheduling, email and domain costs need individual verification. Advertising income is unproven; no revenue or traffic forecast is promised. The editorial desk includes a ledger for actual costs and income once incurred.
A thoughtful place to discuss ideas
Articles and idea pages welcome comments, questions, local experience and constructive disagreement. Comments appear after editorial review. Use a display name; no email or account is needed. Names are self-supplied, and comments represent their authors’ views rather than an endorsement by the publication.
Stay relevant and discuss ideas respectfully. Spam, threats, harassment, impersonation and private personal information may be withheld or removed. Please do not share anyone’s medical details. Different political views are welcome. Use the private contact form for corrections or removal requests, and include the article and comment details so the editor can find them.

Identify the page, the claim and the primary source supporting your correction. Submissions are stored privately for the editor. We preserve a published revision history rather than silently replacing substantive conclusions. This form does not send email or promise a response time.
